Hello, I have a 2020 Dell XPS 13 9310 2-in-1, whenever it is on, and especially under a slight load, I can hear a strange high-pitched scratching noise coming from the motherboard CPU area. I will attach a link to a video of the sound. I am wondering if this is normal, as I have not heard it this loud on any other computer. The video was recorded by putting my phone flat on the keyboard and the volume was increased in post. The sound has been here since I got it. Thanks
