Windows 11 requires an internet connection to log in.  Recently, even though my XPS is connected to the internet via my home wireless router, my XPS won't let me log in, alleging "you need an internet connection for this".  I enable my phone's hotspot, connect to it, log in with no issue.  Then I switch back to my wireless router and all systems go.

If you have any ideas or have seen this before, I appreciate any comments.  Thanks.
