Turned laptop on after moving. It enters the pre boot system performance check on start up and gets hung up at this part.

“Testing Hard Drive 1-0-11 in Progress… Estimated Time Left 1sec”

When I turned support assist off it just send “no bootable device found”

 

I thought maybe the SSD got unseated while moving, but getting the same error after reseating it.
