Hi,
After disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, the backlit keyboard and function keys (Fn) disappeared. The entire LED row is gone. 
Have updated BIOS several times. Even degraded to earlier versions.
The options for choosing a backlight in the keyboard have been removed from the BIOS menu. 

In the XPS 13 Plus, many of the keys are touch-sensitive, which is a significant drawback. 

It's out of warranty, so I'm desperate to fix it.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Can Dell possibly suggest some solutions?
