Hello, I have an XPS 13 9380, bought 6 months ago.

yesterday my laptop was on sleep mode, when I tried to turn it on, it didn't start up.

there was no response from the laptop at all even though the battery was full.

after trying a few times for 3 hours, it came back to life, this is the 2nd time this happens to me.

anyone knows how to fix this?
