XPS 15 (9510) bluetooth not working

The bluetooth option is grey in BIOS under 'connection', yet it say bluetooth device is installed on the 'front page'. Needless to say, I cant find bluetooth under device manager, not even an unknown device. I don't know what is going on here and how to fix this.

Uninstall WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software or WIDCOMM Bluetooth Driver. This must be done via Uninstall or change program from Windows.

After this solution the bluetooth headsets work better than before because additional Hands Free drivers are installed per device.
