Hi everyone, my son's XPS 15 will not turn on.  It is just over a year old (last month).  Previously, someone at Costco (where we purchased) was able to tell me a few buttons to press at the same time and it was able to turn on.  This time, they only suggested holding down the power button for 30 seconds.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  We didn't write down what we were told to do last time.  He uses this computer for college (architect major), so being without a computer and without the programs on that computer can really hurt his projects.  

Thanks for any help!  We don't want to have this sent to Costco's repair because she mentioned the first thing they do is a factory reset.  UGH.  

And the light on the cord is on, so it is not the cord.
