My 9570 has been running really hot and occasionally I will just close the lid at night without shutting down.  The other day I noticed a crack running across the entire screen when I woke up.  I keep the laptop on my desk and don't travel with it so it wasn't from a drop.  Is this a common problem or defect in the screen? I have the touchscreen and the crack isn't even noticeable with it on, I'm just worried about it spreading more, especially being a touchscreen.  Also is there any fix for the heat/occasional freezing up issue? I've ran the support check and nothing.
