DiskXtender xerr_library _unsupported after replacing Contoller PCA
Hello,
We have DiskXtender 5.40.050 running with on Windows 2000 Advanced server and connected to an HP Jukebox 400EX. After replacing controller PCA board inside the Jukebox we have got that error when trying to make online the Jukebox.
On the Jukebox, it shows the Firmware Revision 0.49
Any help please?

Ensure all the drivers and firmware are the latest.
Fyi, DX 5.40.x has end of support quite awhile back.
