When I did that it stated "update failed cannt verify inyegrity of the firmware"  in tel net can I back out of the controller that has the newer update, so then they will be even...

If the active controller is the one with the latest version of the firmware: just Telnet/SSH (or use a serial connection to the active control module) and type: update. This will prompt you to run the update again.

If the active controller is the one with the older version of the firmware: you will need to open a support case.

To determine the active controller, you can view this in the Web GUI, highlight the member, select the controller tab, and look for the status indicator for the active Control module (the FW version is listed here as well).

The commands to failover are on the Maintenance tab (highlight the member> select the maintenance tab> select restart.

Or you can use the CLI, telnet into that member (DO NOT use the Group IP, use an IP from one of the eth interfaces of the member you want to restart) and type: restart.  You may lose connection if using telnet/ssh.

well can i leave the controllers as is one with a newer version than the other? Also its says the firmware integrity check failed. It worked fine for the controller 0.
