My laptop has an Intel i5 11320H. When my laptop is idle, the CPU package idles at 42-48 degree Celsius. Is this normal?

Provided: - My room temperature is 32 degrees Celsius.

Also, the upper middle portion of the laptop gets fairly hot.

Any help is appreciated.
