Type Dell Inspiron 5593 Bluetooth was working normally and sometimes it disappears. Now he's completely gone, and he's not working, and he's not showing up in the system. I downloaded all the new Bluetooth Driver
This is an ongoing problem with Qualcomm QCA9377 card (I'm assuming that's what's in your system)...the workaround is in the link but there is no fix so far....
Make sure to get all drivers from Dell since they are customized for your exact model. Don't install the manufacturer's driver. That will cause problems.
Dell replaced my Qualcomm card and it did exactly the same thing...I finally just replaced the card with an Intel 9560NGW (about $10 on eBay) and it has worked perfectly since. Others have reported the same issue and solved it by replacing the card. The Qualcomm card simply does not do well in several Dell (and Asus) laptops.
