Is Latitude 5520 secured-core PC ?

I can see that 5510 (previous model) is listed on https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/secured-core-pc/cp/secured-core-pc but not this year model - 5520.

If it is, can it be configured on any 5520 ?

I've purchased it just yesterday and the dealer promised it's certified but e.g. in Windows I can't see firmware protection option in the Core isolation settings. Or I can't see trusted execution option in Uefi.

I've called Dell support but they didn't have a clue what the secured core is. I had to spell them the term ... .
