I am interested in getting the Dell XPS Developer Edition 2020 but my main concern is whether it works with Thunderbolt 3 docks out the box or not, so I have the questions regarding docks and drivers as follows:

Docks

1. Will it work with the Caldigit TS3 Plus (https://www.caldigit.com/ts3-plus/)?
2. If not, which Thunderbolt 3 docks will work with it?
3. Will all features work (Display, Power, additional USBs...)?

Drivers

1. Are the Thunderbolt 3 drivers part of the Official Ubuntu Distribution?
2. or are they only available through the Dell Ubuntu Distribution?
3. If they are only available through Dell´s ISO, where can I find that ISO in case I want to install the OS fresh on a larger SSD?
4. If I wanted to install POP OS (20.04) which is an Ubuntu derivative would I be able to install Thunderbolt 3 drivers from Dell from a repository without having to install the entire OS? If so, where is such repo?
