I've got an Alienware 17 R4, which is only about a month old. I turned it on today, and there was a near deafening static noise coming from the speakers. A few seconds of silence, and it started again, even after I plugged in headphones and closed the lid. It seems to have stopped now, but even so, what was that and how can I keep it from happening again?
