I can get it up and working but how do I save the settings?  The save icon is grayed out.  And how do I make it work with either speakers or headphones as I choose and load automatically when I log on?

It's too cumbersome to load and fiddle with every time I log in.  It should work like a stereo component you set once to your liking and just have it turn on when you power up your rig.
