My Latitude C400, displays a horizontal 2inches high white line on the bottom part of my screen. Can someone tell me of what may be the cause and possibly the solution. Thanks In advance

Hi jc14,
Is the line all over the screen? Please check if the line is visible in BIOS.
Also, check if the line is visible on the Dell logo. Simply restart the computer. When the Dell logo appears, check if the line if visible.
