When I try to startup my Dell laptop while the unit is docked, the system freezes on the startup screen. This does not happen when the laptop is not docked. Before it goes to the startup screen, it quickly flashes a message about not finding the user name and password. I don't know if this is related to the startup problem. System seems to be looking for something, but I can't tell whether it's looking for hardware or a command sequence. There are no new drivers for the dock.
