Utilities buttons problem

Hello, I installed Win 8 x64, then i found that the utilities buttons are not working any more (except 1 button, that has to circles) is there a driver for them !!?

    Hi Mergho,

    I will recommend you to install Windows 7 Quickset aplication in compatibility mode:

    • Save the Windows 7 quickset application on your desktop: http://dell.to/O4tysq
    • Right Click the driver installation file and select Properties -- > Compatibility Tab
    • Select Windows 7 from the list in the following image.
    • Click Apply -- > OK
    • Right Click the file and select the Run As Administrator option to install.

    Please reply with the findings.

    Hi Mergho,

    Please share the system model. Please refer to the link which lists the supported system with Windows 8: http://dell.to/RnDAFu
    Quickset application is responsible for making the function/multimedia keys work. To install 'Quickset':

    • Click on the link: http://dell.to/QjjZDA
    • Enter your system's Service Tag and select the operating system.
    • Go to 'Applications' and select 'Quickset'.
    • Click on 'Download Now'.
    • Select 'Single-file Download' and click on 'Continue'.
    • Click on 'Save' and save it to desktop.
    • Right click on it and select 'Run as administrator'.
    • Follow the on screen instructions to install the application.

    Restart your system and check if the issue is fixed.

    I found 2 apps below applications which are Dell-Application " Applies to: Dell Digital Delivery " & Dell-Application " Applies to: Dell Device " .
