Hello,

 

I've received this monitor six days ago. Since then, I've headaches and pain in my eyes everytime I use it, specially using it in Windows. I've tested with several bright levels (0, 10, 20, 50, 65, 75, 100) and also lowering it with the graphics card. I sit at 50 or 60 cm. (20 inches) of  the monitor. 

 

The monitor I've been using before was 17 inches Samsung and have no problems with it. I have also tested other monitors of other sizes (15 inches, 15.4 inches, 17 inches, 19 inches) and brands and no headaches arises.

 

Although the monitor is gorgeous, I am thinking returning it because of this problem. I'am at the last day of the 7 days test period I have in my country. Does it happen to anybody? What can I do?

 

I don't know what is the problem. May be the fluorescent light it uses?
