I have an Dell Dimension 8200 tower with a M991 monitor; no problems here.

I'm purchasing another computer, Dell PWS370. Will this monitor work with the 370?

 

Also, are there any settings or compatability issues to be aware of if I want my M991 monitor to be integrated with a non-DELL computer?
