Do I Need a Driver Update for My Intel Modem?

Not knowing anything about the modem (Intel 537EP)I have on my Dell 8300, I started wondering if I should be looking for a driver update. Is there such a thing?

    You can click here for the latest available driver that Dell has available for download from their file library.
