Have been using this for almost a year.  Last night the verizon modem loaded and showed

a connection to the internet but the MSN icon would not connect.  Neither would Internet

Explorer.  I called Verizon and they had me do some testing and concluded that I have a

"DNS" problem - unable to resolve host name.

They referred me to Dell.   Does anyone know what to do??

I sure would appreciate any assistance.
