Selected boot device not available
Strike F1 to retry boot
F2 for setup utility
Press F5 to run on board diagnostics
Please help me this...

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
The message suggests the storage device has failed, but the Diagnostics should confirm this.
If in doubt please ask.

try replace cmos battery w a new one then clear cmos by motherboard RTCRST or CLR CMOS jumper.
