Hi!

I got an Optiplex 3020 that doesn't post after reboot. Everything is fine on initial boot. When I hit reboot on Windows, the computer tries to reboot, fans spin, but no image, computer doesn't look like it's posting/booting.

Tried to change the CMOS battery, other Windows, changed ram, add/remove graphic card and nothing happens.

Can't flash BIOS because the computer doesn't work on reboot.

What would you suggest?
