I changed my power supply earlier this week, the fan was not spinning and there was a high-pitched noise coming out it. Now the power supply is working fine but now I have this oscillating noise that comes and goes. Even when I am restarting, I can still hear it. How do I determine where is coming from? Any ideas anyone?

The server is pretty quiet, or at least it was.
