Supported processors for PE1850

I have a couple of PE1850s which I'm looking to re-purpose for a basic VMWare ESXi farm.  I'm looking to bump the CPUs in each of them up to the maximum supported and add a second one for good measure.  Each machine currently has a 3.0Ghz/800Mhz/2MB Xeon processor in it.  My OS shows that it comes up with two CPUs per core, so I believe that's HyperThreading (as opposed to Xeon Dual Core).  All that aside, Intel's nomenclature confuses me, so I'm not sure how to look up what the maximum supported processor for this machine would actually be.

Here's what my OS shows:

CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.00GHz (2992.71-MHz K8-class CPU)

  Origin = "GenuineIntel"  Id = 0xf43  Stepping = 3

  Features=0xbfebfbff

  Features2=0x641d >

  AMD Features=0x20100800

  Logical CPUs per core: 2

real memory  = 1073479680 (1023 MB)

avail memory = 1024192512 (976 MB)

FreeBSD/SMP: Multiprocessor System Detected: 2 CPUs

 cpu0 (BSP): APIC ID:  0

 cpu1 (AP): APIC ID:  1

Anyone have any ideas?

    One thing to know about the 1850 and it's processors is that they support x64, but no VT. This means you can only use VMware ESX/ESXi up to version 3.5 and you cannot run x64 VMs. VMware's vSphere (ESX 4.0) requires VT capable processors, just like all other common hypervisors (Xen kernel in linux distros, XenServer, Virtual Iron, Hyper-V, etc).
