My boss has an A920 Printer.  It is really wierd.  It will print a file on regular paper just fine.

If you try to print an envelope, nothing prints.  You can hear the carriage moving like it is printing, but nothing is there.  I thought it might be printing outside the paper area of the envelope, so I repeated the print on regular paper, with no results.

 

It seems to make a lot more noise when it is rotating the print.

 

Any ideas?
