I just purchased a Dell Dimension XPS with the Dell Media Experience and CyberLink Remote.  Some functions on my remote do not work properly when playing a DVD.  Specifically, the following buttons do nothing: Mute, Chapter Forward, Chapter Reverse, Stop, and all the Number keys.  On the other hand, the Play, Pause, and Volume Up and Down buttons work fine.

The DVD/VCD button (with the red circle) will launch the Dell Media Experience and the navigation buttons seem to work fine.  If I use the mouse and onscreen "buttons," everything works just fine.

However, without the Mute, Chapter Forward, Chapter Reverse, Stop, and Number keys, the remote is of no real use.

What is the problem here?
