Virus JS/Downlowder.Agent - please help

Hello, I have a Dimension 2350 running Windows XP and last night it was infected with a virus. I ran a scan at Trend Micro Housecall and it said it removed all but one - TROJ_FAKEAVALE.F. Now I am running a scan with AVG and it has found 8 threats so far during the scan, 6 with JS/Downloader.Agent, 1 with Downloader.Zlob, and another with trojan horse Downloader.Generic7.DXL. The AVG scan has been running for 4 hours. These "system alerts" keep popping up saying my system is infected and to click here to download antivirus software. Please help me to get rid of this!

    Try running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
Please download to your desktop Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
    • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
    • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
    • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
    • Copy&Paste the entire report into a New Message on the HijackThis board. Also include a fresh HijackThis log. Instructions for downloading HijackThis are at the top of that forum.
      1. Just click the New Message button in the HijackThis forum here: http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board?board.id=si_hijack
to start your own thread requesting assistance for a follow-up check to be sure the malware is gone.
      2. In the Message Body window that opens, simply Right-Click and select Paste.

    Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
