I am using Dell All in One with my Dell 942 printer, and Windows Vista 32 bit.  I installed the driver, then the application, both downloaded from Dell.  When I launch All in One, I get a message that says it's preparing for first use (searching for applications), but it never proceeds beyond that.  When I click on the message, I get "aioc.exe is not responding".  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
