Computer Won't Stay Asleep

Question

I have an XPS-420 running Vista. Lately, it spontaneously wakes up after about  10 minutes. Nothing has touched it and I am sitting quietly several feet away watching television. Any idea what might be causing this?

I would guess some program is running and causing this.  Look over your running applications.
