I recently purchased a Dell 128MB USB memory key and for some reason neither of my 2 PC's (one running Win XP Pro and one running Win2000) recognize the key. Neither are Dell machines, both are homemade and have very simialr specs:

Intel P4 2.53 Ghz  512 MB Ram  223 GB HD  Win XP Pro (other isWin2000) ATI AIW 9700 Pro

Anyone have any suggestions?
