I have my computer set to receive auto updates (Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2) from Microsoft, but my computer refuses to install service pack 3 & it says "Error 0x80070641."  I could really use someone's help in fixing this problem.  I have also recently been having problems installing different software from CD's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
