Pop'ups
For the past couple of days the pop-ups are really getting irritating. They're even coming onto the screen when I'm playing solitaire. Also, I keep getting a window that says MICROSOFT is having trouble loading and I need to shut down. This is when I'm in Explorer. Anyone know why and/or how to correct this? Thanks

Do this: http://support.dell.com/us/en/kb/document.asp?DN=1076684
Go to http://security.kolla.de and download Spybot. Run the update & then scan your computer. Then fix all selected problems.
After all that run a virus scan. If you don't have one, or it's expired, go to http://www.avast.com and downlod avast4 Home version. It is free & updated regularly.
