Windows 7 update problem, help please!

Hi,

I really need some answers about the Windows 7 ordering process. I've tried repeatedly to contact Dell for the last week with zero results, I can't believe how bad their customer service is. Anyway, my problem is that when I'm trying to purchase my free update, I get to the confirmation stage it tells me that there is a problem with my order and to please try again. I did try again repeatedly to no avail. All my details are correct so I've no idea what's wrong. Has anyone experianced this? Anyone know how I could go about fixing this? I'm also a little worried that I could have been charged for each time I tried to complete my order (though I dont think thats likely). Any thoughts?

Thanks for getting back to me. I've already tried to use that method of contact a few times but no one has responded to me. Aside from trying to ring them, is there any other way to contact someone?
