Until recently both the "Turn Off Computer" button and the Shutdown window in XP would show an underscore on a single letter that apparently represented a hotkey that would perform the same function as clicking the button itself.  For example, both the "Turn off computer" and "Shut Down" buttons underlined the letter "U".  Now these prompts no longer appear.  Does anyone have any idea how to get them back?  I believe the underscore only appeared when the cursor was placed over the button.
