I know that this has been already asked in this forum, but I think my case may be slightly different.

Living in China, I would like to purchase the XPS 13 2 in 1 (7390) with full specs (4k display, 32gb ram, I7 1065G7, 1tb storage), however it is not available on the Chinese Dell store.

Would this mean, that I will never be able to get this laptop living in China, and that I would have to travel to US to get this one (would add quite the costs).
