On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Sound in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Click Output on the right. Make sure [Mac model] Speakers is selected, the “Output volume” slider is not all the way to the left and the Mute tick box is not selected.
I ran into the same issue, I heard that Teams was recently updated to work with the M1 Pro platform more natively, and the theory is that is what made the SP3022 no longer work.
Mind sharing what you saw? Teams was optimized for Apple Silicon last fall, but I haven't seen anything related to improving it for M1 Pro. Also, the device is not working on the Mac platform itself, not just with Teams or another specific app.
Any new developments here? I have the same problem on an M1 running 13.1. Worked fine two days ago, today it stopped working. A reboot gets it working for regular audio/music but as soon as Teams is launched, the app itself hangs, won't join the meeting and buttons on the SP3022 do not respond. Speaker used to work fine via monitor USB-c hub, also tried direct usb-c but no luck. And of course the speaker works fine on a Windows laptop.
The problem persists and, as stated by other users, it only happens when you open MS Teams. Every other app (Zoom , WebEx, Meet...) works fine. Funny thing is that this device was designed to work "better" with MS Team. I posted recently in the MS Teams support forum.
