XPS 15 9500, audio problems since the BIOS update

Hello,
Since the BIOS update from last week, audio and video from my XPS 15 9500 went wrong (Windows 11).

The two main problems are:
-Maxx Audio pro is not working : "Audio driver is not up to date"
-The microphone of my headset is not detected anymore.

I reinstalled the Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver and the Maxx Audio Pro from the Windows Store but the two problems remain. What can I do? Are there alternative to Maxx Audio Pro?

Thanks a lot for you help!

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

    Hi,
    I have a similar problem.
My Dell XPS 15 9500 (<Private data removed from public view DELL-Admin>.) produces no sound from the laptop speakers, nor via the headphone jack, nor via the Dell Thunderbolt Dock (WD19TB).

    I've tried:
    - full re-install, back to Windows 11.
       - I've read a chunk that it's the Windows 11 upgrade that's the conflict, but I had Windows 11 running with audio working fine.
    - SupportAssist (says it's all fine)
    - Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter (does it thing, end result, the same lack of sound).
    - The audio cables have been checked elsewhere and they work fine.
    - Restarted the computer
    - Checked the speaker volume settings, default speaker device ...
    - Bluetooth connecting to appropriate headphones works fine.
    - Disable -> Reboot audio drivers.

    - Removing drivers (& then re-installing them if they don't auto reinstall).
    - Checking Dell.com to make sure that all audio and Realtek drivers are the latest (installed the latest versions to be sure).
    - Checking the dock drivers are the latest (installed the latest versions to be sure, in the order you are menat to when you get the dock for the first time).

The only audio option is "Realtek USB Audio"
     - which gives no sound to speakers plugged in via the Laptop jack or the jack on the Dock WD19TB.

Anybody got an ideas on what to try next ?

    Thankyou
