Hello, today my 2-3 year old XPS laptop's build-in trackpad partially lost it's drag and physical click function and can now only be used by lightly tapping on the trackpad to click. I can still push down on the trackpad and it makes a clicking sound but ~90% of the time it doesn't register.

Also, about a month ago, my trackpad started to make  a popping noise when clicking and the trackpad felt a little loose, the popping noise went away on it's own but the trackpad still feels a tiny bit loose.
