Area-51 R2, Nvidia RTX 3080, BIOS compatible?
I am confused by reading other posts about whether the BIOS is compatible with the RTX 3080? I am not worried about card size or wattage. Has anyone tried this card yet in a Area-51 R2?
Why do you think it WOULD NOT work?
Machine is UEFI-based (IIRC).
If it fits and machine has properly-pinned PCIe Power-Cables available, it should work.

I was worried since some other posts stated the BIOS had to be a certain UEFI version (2.31 I think) so I wasn’t sure if it was compatible.
