I started having trouble a couple days ago while playing World Of Warcraft. Screen went black, but the tower, keyboard and mouse was still active with lights. Had to do a hard reset. I figure there might of been an update which I did discover after scanning. After install and restart the problem kept happening. I went to Dell site and did a hardware scan, everything checked out fine. Reset my comp back to factory settings. Reinstalled WOW, loaded up and same thing happened. Then i did a Pre Boot Diagnostic and that's when I found a PCIe Adapter failure. Error Code 8170. Can someone please tell me what that means?
