Aurora R3, not turning on by power button
Hey, have an old gaming PC from a buddy and the PC doesn't turn on with the power button. At the back of the power supply is a button (not a switch). If you keep it pressed, the PC apparently runs, if you let go, it turns off again. It's an Alienware Aurora R3. My buddy said he had taken off some cables because he wanted to take parts out first, but then he left it. I've reattached all the cables as far as possible. Maybe someone knows how to solve the problem. Maybe the cable that goes to the power button is connected to a different place or something. I also had the incident that I held the button on the power supply, then pressed the power button and the PC stayed on. Now it is no longer possible. When it was on, the power light shone in red on the plate next to the mainboard
Is there anyone who had the same problem or knows how to fix this?
