Aurora R7, different case?

I have a question about my Alienware aurora r7. I want to move the internals to a different case. I understand that I will have to get a new Mobo. But do u think it’s possible. Would I have to get different ram. It comes with the original ram that I have no clue what brand it is. It’s just green and it’s the won’t that comes with the original aurora

    @Anonymous :

    I think @Nmasier was also referring to the IO cover that goes over the motherboard at the rear of the chassis. It was mentioned near the end of this post:

    https://www.dell.com/community/XPS-Desktops/XPS-8930-Case-Swap-CPU-Liquid-Cooler-temps-Upgrade-summary/m-p/7284412/highlight/true#M23825

    -The IO shield on the XPS 8930 is built into the case so it is not removable to be transferred into the IO shield opening of a new case.

    ...

    With a case swap there is an opening in the back of the case. Should not affect case pressure or have any other effects.

    ...

    However there is a seller on Ebay that has this mesh IO Shield that has adhesive on one side.  Use the foam template inside the XPS 8930 rear IO opening to create a new IO shield.
