NO forza 7
I bought an alienware Aurora 7 two weeks ago and still not received my code for my free forza7 game, ive checked my microsoft games account and no-where to be found. contacted dell through email and facebook to no avail please help ....i have a support request ref: Support Request: and my order number was i would love a resolution as this is 50 quid sand was looking forward to playong this after spending such a substantial amount on my new pc. regards :daniel.
Me as well. MS has no idea...been on hold two hours on two separate occasions no less than 4 people. No code to download. No Forza 7 showing up in My Library. No one in the Microsoft Store knows about this and they just let me rot on hold until it disconnects.

Hi,
i also bought an Alienware back in December 2017 and have written 21 mails and have done 5 phone calls to Dell Premium support.
They do not help and can not do anything to redeem the code. I am so happy to discover this thread and I hope Alienware-Eimy is able to help us all :D

We will be escalating this directly with Microsoft, send me a private message with this information:
- Alienware Service Tag
- Full name
- Telephone number
- Store App Version
- Impacted Microsoft Account
- Case number with Microsoft (if you contacted them)
