15 R3, backlight issue
Tell me please!
How to make the logo light up on the lid of the laptop? Stopped burning.
The keyboard and sides all work well and are customizable.
Maybe some additional drivers are needed?
In my diligence, there is not even a setting (I attached a photo of the application), maybe you need to download another application?

And in the latest version, I downloaded it now, even there is no FX.

Hi @CEBEP163 unfortunately my Alienware 17 R5 arrived out of the box with no working AlienFX Lighting Control, so I have reached the limit of my assistance.

Hi @CEBEP163 all of the AlienFX LED lighting is controlled by options within Alienware Command Center for Notebooks (AWCC) AlienFX Lighting Control. If lid logo LED has stopped working, check that this option is not turned off within AWCC AlienFX. It is possible that this LED has failed or its cable has been detached, and you may consider not to get hardware repair.

I've made a big mistake in linking the drivers to your laptop because they're the wrong version!
Sorry and here are the correct ones:

So, this would be the best driver for the command center you need to download because it fixes most if not all bugs from your version:

Did you also run the commands listed above in the command prompt as an admin?

For this issue I'd highly recommend you install the older version of AW command center if possible because many users have been complaining about how the new one disables lights or flat out not shows them the option to.

For this issue I highly recommend running these commands to see if its a windows issue.
sfc /scannow
chkdsk /r
chkdsk /f
