17 R5, Battery charge limits

Is there any possibility to preserve battery life and don't repeatedly recharge that top cells on 100% by applying charge limits on Alienware 17 R5 while the laptop is always plugged in?

Can't find any software that would be able to do this.

Hi @Algirdas.Benetis  not sure why you are asking this question.  Please create a Windows 10 Battery Report. You may find that this battery is approaching normal end of life health, and struggling to remain fully charged.

Dell Laptop Battery - Frequently Asked Questions
For the typical user, noticeable reduction in run time generally will be observed after 18 to 24 months. For a power user, reduction in run time generally may be experienced within 18 months. We recommend buying a new Dell laptop battery when the run time does not meet your needs.

By saying "life" I meant not one charge operating time, but battery health, lifespan.
I'm looking for a solution to help me control the start charging and stop charging percentages on my Alienware 17 R5.

Were you able to figure this out?

No, I wasn't. There is no possibility of doing that.

After a while, after updating the BIOS I had a chance to set the settings of Express Charge to Primarily AC Use. Express Charge kills battery fast. Primarily AC Use is the only option to maintain battery health. Sad that Dell is not interested in implementing specified percentage charging for all their systems.
