Hey I have noticed my laptop is having a similar problem that other people have been experiencing but I have found no solutions. My laptop screen is completely dimming itself to 0%. The only way I have been able to temporally solve this issue is to turn the brightness setting to a lower level, close the laptop lid, and open it again. After this the screen will be brighter but if a turn the brightness to high it will again dim. Restarting it has had no effect and I have checked all my drivers and for malware. I am unsure what could be causing the issue and why my temporary solution works and would like to find a more permanent one
