Hi @Navinb your Area-51m R2 seems to have a flat battery because it is not being charged. If there was any power from battery or ac adapter, your system would have Power on LED light as the very minimum and perhaps diagnostic lights and/or beeps.
Check that your ac adapter's dc power cord plug has its LED light working. Check if this LED light goes out when plugged into laptop's charging socket.
Please share an update. Thank you.

Hi @Navinb Yes. The dc power cord LED should remain on when plugged into laptop socket. If LED went off, this would have indicated fault within laptop's 'dc socket and cable assembly'. (You reported sudden shutdown followed by can't turn on laptop, there are no lights, nothing.) Area-51m R2 Troubleshooting.
With your ac apapter plugged in, laptop 'Power On' LED should work, if only briefly when pressed. As your very expensive three month old, new Area-51m R2 laptop has a fault, do you have the option to request a Dell Warranty Technician to visit and fix this fault?
